(SEAP) Susteinable Energy Actions Plans
We support local governments in the drafting of the Susteinable Energy Actions Plans (SEAP) (www.covenantofmayors.eu/index_en.html), also in the innovative formula of the Susteinable Energy and Climate Actions Plans (SECAP), derivative from MAYORS ADAPT (mayors-adapt.eu), to pursue the global goal of reducing emissions of CO2 and improve the environmental quality of the territory , to identify actions to mitigare and adapt to climate change, identifying new oppoertunities for development and sustainable growth, shared and partecipatory by citizens.
We can offer tailored and feasible solutions, perfectly in line with the specific nature of the municipal area examined.
Thanks to the approach ESCo (Energy Service Company) that sets us apart and combining technical and financial vision and thanks to a dynamic and interdisciplinary team, we are able to offer a series of innovative measures, personalized and economically sustainable, continuously updated and written “tailored” to reflect the territorial, social and economic of the municipality in question, including the new European guidelines on climate change.
(PLCLP) Lighting Plan for Containment and Light Pollution and (MPML) Master Plans of Municipal Lighting
We support local authorities in drawing up plans for the containment of illumination light pollution (PLCLP) under L.R. 17/2009 and subsequent amendments, and Master Plans of Municipal Lighting (MPML), including census activities through geo – referencing of the light fixtures and existing swichtboards with data transfer to geo cartographic support and reported on associated data base.
With our deepened and innovative knowledge of efficiency of the public lighting and plant engineering and lighting design, we are able to identify and propose to the Administration the efficiency solutions that best fit the specific case, indicating the best compromise that allows a cutting-edge technical solution, but also economically sustainable, both for the Administration that – in the event of interventions such ESCOs or third party financing – for the contractor, ensuring a successful certain intervention.
